After reading Sophie’s bio online, we immediately called and hit it off. She was everything we were looking for to make our dream day come true. She has an intense ability to absorb all the planning details in a very calming manner. We are both project managers by trade, and were extremely happy with Sophie’s ability to execute all the steps in our plan. We valued her respect for not bothering us with questions on the day-of, and shielded us from unnecessary distractions during the reception. Sophie is a very energetic, enthusiastic, detail oriented and supportive person. Sophie did a FABULOUS job as Event Coordinator for the 2007, 2008, 2010 & 2011 Veterans Military Balls. There were over 500 guests at each event, one at the Bacara with Tom Brokaw and one at Fess Parkers with PX Kelly. There are so many elements to events like these but Sophie handled it all with complete professionalism and aplomb and made it fun for everyone!!
